Feasibility & design

We can get involved from the very earliest stage - before site purchase, or at the planning application - to understand your individual development needs. From initial feasibility work to asset design, our in-house design team works with you to plan work around your requirements.

Design & build

From pump stations, trunk mains and sewers to large and small diameter water mains, service reservoirs and consent storm overflows, we specialise in the design and build of new assets, as well as upgrading existing facilities.

Build only

From your approved design we offer a construct only service.

Fixed price option

As well as a range of pricing alternatives, we can provide a fixed price option for your construction projects to take on the risks of any unforeseen problems.

On the Horizon

We're also developing a range of innovative solutions to help improve our environment and reduce our carbon footprint.

Surface water drainage solutions

To help protect water quality and reduce the risk of flooding we are developing pioneering new designs for Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS).

Generating energy from water

We're also looking to generate green energy through the installation of mini-hydro systems on Scottish Water assets.
