SW Employee greets customer at home

Always serving Scotland

Delivering value, building trust

Scottish Water is always serving Scotland, providing a vital public service essential to daily life. We produce We produce clean, safe and high quality drinking water for households and businesses across Scotland and we treat their waste water before returning it safely to the environment.

We are delivering one of the largest investment programmes in the UK water industry during 2010-15, delivering the benefits Scotland needs whilst supporting thousands of construction jobs.

The quality of our drinking water remains at an all-time high and we continue to deliver value for our customers. In 2014/15, the average household charge in Scotland continues to be £54 lower than the average charge in England and Wales.

We are also continuing to invest in renewable technologies to drive forward our green agenda. This together with the formation of Scottish Water International is helping us to thrive and develop as a dynamic modern business.

Now we want to know what you think.
