Management Graduates

Management Graduates have been recruited to develop skills and experience in ‘core’ business areas in order to assume Team Leader or Technical Specialist roles in the future. Continuing to develop strong Leadership and Customer Focused skills is vital to our continuing success and links directly to the Scottish Water Vision.  

This year we have recruited 10 Management Graduates who will work on placements in Asset Management and Customer Service Delivery and Commercial throughout their 2.5 year programme.

Specialist Graduate Vacancies

Specialist Graduates are recruited to develop skills and experience in specific business areas in order to assume Technical Specialist roles in the future. This year we were looking for 4 Specialist Graduates over the following areas;

Economics and Business (Regulation)
Supply Chain & Procurement
Business Analytics (Wholesale)
Innovation & Technology
