Not only will you get qualifications - you’ll also get trained by our experienced professionals in all aspects of customer service. You’ll get hands on experience dealing with customers directly developing all the essential skills you will need to start a bright career in this area.


Network Service Operator

Join us as a network service operator and you will play a vital role in delivering the service our customers rely on every day. If you want a role that is dynamic and offers a huge variety of tasks then you’ll be well suited to this role.

We will develop your skills and talents through one to one mentoring with our experienced team members. You’ll spend time out in the field getting hands on experience and our team will be on hand to support you the whole way - not to mention you will gain qualifications at the same time.




 Apprenticeship  Duration Qualifications 
 Contact Centre  2 years National Progression Award level 2
SVQ level 3
2 additional SVQ units (level 2 or 3)
 Network Service Operator 2 years SVQ level 3
2 additional SVQ units (level 2 or 3)
National Progression Award level 2
HNC

 What you will need
 5 Standard Grades OR National level 4/5 OR equivalent including English, Maths and any Science
 2 Highers OR a relevant technical qualification OR a minimum of 1 year of technical experience
