Public Meetings

SW Employee greets customer at home

Always serving Scotland

Delivering record levels of service for our customers

Scottish Water is always serving Scotland, providing a vital public service essential to daily life.  We produce high quality drinking water for 2.4 million households and 124,000 businesses across Scotland and we treat their waste water before returning it safely to the environment.

We are delivering one of the largest investment programmes in the UK water industry during 2010-15. This investment is delivering significant benefits across Scotland while supporting thousands of construction jobs.

The quality of our drinking water remains at an all-time high and we continue to deliver value for our customers.  In 2012/13 the average household charge in Scotland will, once again, be lower than the average household bill in England and Wales.

Now we want to know what you think.

Public Meetings

Scottish Water holds public meetings each year to discuss our performance and our plans for the future. They are chaired by the Scottish Water Chairman, Ronnie Mercer. At the meetings, we provide an update on Scottish Water operations and our capital investment programme. This is followed by an open question and answer session and we welcome your feedback.  We would like to meet you and we want to hear your views and questions.

All public meetings will be advertised locally.  For details on these meetings please call Scottish Water Public Affairs on 0845 601 8855.
