Scottish Water Horizons provides Property Search Certificates confirming whether a property is connected to our water and waste water infrastructure.
Due to realignment of our commercial activity, we are no longer in a position to issue these certificates.
As of 1st April 2012 you can order copies of our water and waste water network drawings from the undernoted asset plan providers who have developed internet based, plan collation services.

Our asset plan providers have several years experience supplying asset plans to the utility and developer industries and are ready to take your enquiry.
If you require confirmation of whether a subject property is actually connected to our infrastructure, our team can arrange for an asset inspector to confirm the connection status to our water mains and sewer infrastructure based upon the following fee structure set out within Scottish Waters published Scheme of Charges.
Site inspection:
Standard hours
£90.20 for the first hour on site plus £60.20 per hour thereafter
Out-with standard hours
£120.80 for the first hour on site plus £80.40 per hour thereafter
