Summer Safety Poster Competition

Water can be fun - but it is also dangerous.

During the summer, children are often tempted to swim in lochs and reservoirs.  The dangers include:

• suction from pipes
• becoming tangled in underground vegetation
• the depth of the water
• the cold temperatures of the water

 Brief

• Design a colour poster warning of the dangers of swimming in lochs and reservoirs
• Maximum size  - A3
• Use oils, water colours, acrylic paints, pencil, crayon - or anything you like

The competition is open to all pupils in P4-7. The closing date is 14 May so there's still plenty of time to enter.
