Improving Services In Ayrshire

What we're doing

Keeping you in the picture

We've completed the project to help improve the natural environment in Ayrshire. This work, which is now complete, will help protect the natural environment of the local coastal water and rivers

We've installed a new storm water network from Kilmarnock and Irvine to our Waste Water Treatment Works at Meadowhead.

Many existing storm water facilities have been upgraded along the route of this pipe and three brand new storm water pumping stations have been built. This new network will help control and manage storm water flows so that people living in or visiting the area can enjoy the natural environment on their doorstep.

We have also recently invested to improve the water network in your local area. We have upgraded, replaced or repaired over 600 miles of water mains pipes across North, South and East Ayrshire. This work will help to improve the water supply ensuring we continue to provide you with clearer, fresher drinking water.
