Meet the team
Stephen Hepburn
Stephen Hepburn is the project manager for the Loch Ryan Project. Stephen’s background is varied having worked in the commercial, housing and utility sectors over the last 20 years, the last nine of these in the water industry as project manager.
Iain Jones
Iain Jones is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Measurement and Control. He has worked previously for Shell and Sir J.H Biles (Naval Services) Limited. He undertook a number of project management related roles within these organisations, including latterly acting as the Project Manager for the Refit and Conversion of the FRY Britannia for Forth Ports PLC.
He has 15 years experience within the Water Industry where he has undertaken a number of roles. For the last four years, he has been undertaking the role of Environmental Asset Planning Team Leader within Scottish Waters Asset Investment Management function.
Mark MacLaren
Mark MacLaren is the regional community manager for the Loch Ryan project and has extensive experience engaging with communities across Scotland. He is also the interface between Scottish Water and your local elected representatives, including MSPs.
Linda Felli
Linda Felli is the project communications adviser for the project and is the first point of contact for customers. Linda is responsible for making sure that customers are communicated with in a timely fashion to update them on the latest project information.
Ross Ritchie
Ross Ritchie is theproject stakeholder liaison for Leslie MWH and is the site QSE (Quality Safety Environment) Advisor. His work involves all site based liaison with third parties such as local council, SEPA, landowners, local community and schools. He has been involved within the civil engineering environment for the last 30 years, the last six in the water industry in the fields of site and project management.
David Edwards
David Edwards is the project manager for Leslie MWH and manages the execution of the contract with Scottish Water. David has over 20 years experience in delivery of major projects within the water, rail and electrical engineering Sectors. His main duties are to deliver the project safely, to the required specification, budget and schedule, whilst ensuring that there is minimum disruption to the local community and environment.
William Ancell
William Ancell is the press officer covering Dumfries and Galloway and supplies information to the local press about the project.
