Race Equality Scheme

We are committed to ensuring equality and valuing diversity in our company and in the services we provide to customers. 

We published the Race Relations Scheme outlining activities over a three year period.  We have reviewed our progress after 3 years and have published the Race Equality Scheme. which looks at

• Identifying relevant functions and policies
• Assessing and consulting on likely impact of proposed policies
• Monitoring policies for adverse impact and publishing the results of the monitoring reports
• Making sure the public have access to information and services
• Training
