We are committed to listening to our customers, putting them at the heart of our business and delivering positive results. In order to exceed your needs and expectations, we must understand what these are and how we are performing against them.

In recognition of the need to talk to our customers, we have a dedicated Customer Experience Team who make sure that we have regular conversations with you, our customer. This research is then fed back to the business and through to the individual teams, so that we can drive service improvements.

We conduct both transactional and perception based research on a regular basis, continually identifying trends and key areas where improvements can be made.  Please see our ‘customer views’ page for a more detailed description of our research and the results we’ve received.
