Strategic Account Managers manage Scottish Water's reputation for planning and development issues.  They proactively manage, maintain and develop strong relationships with senior representatives of Local Authorities, leading Housebuilders and other Key Stakeholder Organisations across Scotland.  Their role is to enhance Scottish Water’s reputation through their relationships, enable development and champion the delivery of excellent customer service.
