Other Charges
As well as providing water and waste water services to household properties, Scottish Water can also provide other non-licensed services on request. These include:
- septic tank de-sludging services
- meter services for household properties
- customer connections to the public water supply and/or the waste water network
- provision of information
- standpipes
- permanent disconnection
These services can be provided to household customers and to occupiers of non-household properties, where the services are not provided the the Licensed Provider.
