Dawn McDermott is the Regional Communities Manager for Ayrshire and her role is to ensure that Scottish Water consult with the community/stakeholders and that they are updated at each stage of the project.

Dawn has 18 years of experience working for Scottish Water and has worked in many parts of the industry including customer service.

Fran Miller
Project Communications Adviser

Fran's job is to to help keep you informed about what’s going on and to answer any questions you may have. 

Fran says:
"I’m looking forward to working with everyone involved in the delivery of this project, during construction there will no doubt be some disruption, which we will try to keep to a minimum."

"I am confident that once works are completed the investment will provide a cleaner fresher Ayrshire, a benefit which can be enjoyed not just by you, but for future generations to come."

Jim Roddy
Project Manager

Jim oversees the whole project team and ultimately takes ownership and control of the project delivery from start to finish. 

Jim says:
