Salary Band E (£14,075 - £22,185)

Your focus will be on customers’ problems.  You’re here to help. So that makes this role all the more fulfilling – no empty sales patter, just lots of contented customers with their problems quickly resolved.
 
You’ll need excellent people skills – and the ability to listen, understand and negotiate – with internal and external service providers. Basically it’s about having the dedication to find a solution for all customers. You’ll also need good IT skills to use our phone and computer system – and it’s helpful if you have some basic knowledge of plumbing or water systems.

But if you don’t, we’ll give you full training.
