Scottish Water Van

Always serving Scotland

Highest level of service for our customers

Scottish Water is always serving Scotland,
providing a vital public service to 2.4 million
households across Scotland. Our ambition is to
be one of Scotland’s most valued and trusted
businesses, one that we can all be proud of.

We are always striving to deliver increasing value for money and a positive experience for our customers, and believe this is even more important in the current economic conditions.

We have delivered one of the largest investment programmes in the UK water industry and kept customer charges low. In 2010/11 the average household charge in Scotland is £15 lower than in England and Wales.

The quality of our drinking water is at its highest level yet, investment is continuing to deliver the benefits our customers and Scotland need, while we are supporting thousands of construction jobs.

Now we want to know what you think.

We are holding our Annual Consultative Meeting to discuss our performance and our plans for the future – and we would like to meet you. We want to hear your views and questions.
