Our Commitment

We are a publicly owned company, answerable to the Scottish Parliament and the people of Scotland. Our job is to bring clearer, fresher drinking water to your tap, we supply 2.3 billion litres of drinking water per day and remove nearly a billion litres of waste water daily – treating it carefully before returning it to the environment.

We have a £2.4 billion programme to continue the transformation of the water industry in Scotland between April 1 2006 and March 31, 2010, the second biggest in the UK.
