Installing your utilities
We manage the installation of all utility networks to new developments to ensure the smooth progression of your housing and commercial development sites.
From initial utility design to asset installation we take a holistic view in everything we do to ensure you receive a professional and cost effective service that you can rely on.
Using specialist trench-less technology, we keep excavations to a minimum, reducing environmental impact and lowering your reinstatement costs.
More recently, we’ve been managing the installation of high-speed broadband in Scottish Water’s sewer infrastructure.
Replacing your ageing lead pipes
By 2012 the limit for lead found in drinking water must decrease by over 50% to meet tighter European standards.
We offer a fully managed end-to-end service to replace your lead pipes safely, cost effectively and with minimum disruption.
From the property boundary to the internal stopcock and lead-lined storage tanks, we also arrange for Scottish Water to replace the public water main to the property boundary so that the whole process is taken care of from beginning to end.
Installing innovative district heating networks
Going forward, we’re also looking to install district heating networks using specialist water pipes to provide a sustainable source of heat to local homes and businesses throughout Scotland.
