Self Lay Organisations

Following approval of your water design you must assign a company to install your new water main infrastructure.  This company must be approved by Scottish Water.

All approved companies have gone through an application process with Scottish Water and subsequently are now members of our accredited list of contractors which we refer to as Self Lay Organisations (SLO’s).

The current accredited SLO’s are listed in the SLO Accreditation List (in useful Links on the right).

Important Note : You must notify Scottish Water of the SLO you have appointed and intention of commencing works 14 days in advance.
