Education
Scottish Water’s national Education Programme is designed to help teachers and pupils understand and learn more about the water, waste water processes together with the unique role Scottish Water plays in protecting and enhancing the environment. It supports the teaching of the water cycle, pollution and conservation and other related subjects in primary schools.
The core elements of the current national Programme are:
- Website – an innovative and highly interactive website designed to supplement the 5-14 curriculum for Environmental Studies.
- CD-rom and associated offline materials – for teachers’ use or for those who do not have online access.
