Other Charges

As well as providing water and waste water services to household properties, Scottish Water can also provide other non-licensed services on request. These include:

• septic tank de-sludging services
• meter services for household properties
• customer connections to the public water supply and/or the waste water network
• provision of information
• standpipes
• permanent disconnection

These services can be provided to household customers and to occupiers of non-household properties, where the services are not provided the the Licensed Provider.
