Other Charges 2010/11

As well as providing water and waste water services to household properties, Scottish Water can also provide other non-licensed services on request. These include:

• septic tank de-sludging services
• meter services for household properties
• customer connections to the public water supply and/or the waste water network
• provision of information
• standpipes
• permanent disconnection

These services can be provided to household customers and to occupiers of non-household properties, where the services are not provided by the Licensed Provider.

We are currenlty working on our Scheme of Charges 2010/11 which will provide an explanation of other non-licensed services which can be provided by Scottish Water and the charges associated with each service, which will apply from 1 April 2010.
