In recognition of the need to talk to our customers, we have a dedicated Customer Experience Team who make sure that we have regular conversations with you, our customer. This research is then fed back to the business and through to the individual teams, so that we can drive service improvements.
We conduct both transactional and perception based research on a regular basis, continually identifying trends and key areas where improvements can be made.
