Code of Practice
Scottish Water has a Code of Practice that outlines our promises to you and will become an important way for us to be measured both by our customers and by our Regulators (The Water Industry Commission for Scotland and Waterwatch Scotland).
This Code reflects our commitment to our customers and will help ensure that we get it right first time, every time for every customer.
The Code of Practice explains our commitments to –
- consult and communicate
- deliver against new standards for businesses recognising their different needs
- improve access to information and services
- introduce a Floodcare Scheme
- provide Special Services information
