Scottish Water 2010 -2015

Scottish Water has written to the Water Industry Commission for Scotland to formally accept the Final Determination for 2010-2015 which lays out the future activity and investment for the business for the next five years from 1 April, 2010. 

This delivery plan for the next five years will ensure that Scottish Water customers continue to enjoy charges which are amongst the lowest in the UK and will put Scottish Water on an equal level with the top performing companies in the UK.

Over the next five years we will be investing around £2.5 billion improving customer service and performance on our journey to becoming Scotland’s most valued and trusted company, one we can all be proud of.
