Pupils from Annanhill Primary School in Kilmarnock on Tuesday buried a time capsule in the town’s Howard Park to celebrate the completion of Scottish Water’s environmental improvement scheme in the Kilmarnock and Irvine areas, one of the biggest projects of its kind ever undertaken in Scotland.
