St Andrews FOG campaign

As part of our work to reduce the amount of fats oils and greases in our network, we are undertaking sewer cleaning in the area. Latest update

We are pleased to advise you that repairs on the 12" burst main at Low Waters Road have now been completed and all customers affected should now have their water supplies back on. Initially, some customers might experience some discoloured water. This is nothing to worry about - it's just harmless sediment that's been disturbed by the work. It will clear gradually by running your cold kitchen tap at half pressure. Now that the pipe has been fixed, we can start work on repairing the damage to the road. Traffic management will remain in place while this is carried out. We thank you for your patience and understanding. Learn More
