The new Development Services Application Portal is now live. The portal gives Licensed Providers the ability to submit and track connection requests online. 

Accessing the Portal

A direct link for the new portal is hosted on the Development Services pages of the Scottish Water website.

You will also be able to access the portal from the existing LP Customer (Ascend) Portal – the link for the new portal will appear in the Applications section of the homepage, as indicated:

Licensed Providers will then be requested to enter their email address and password in order to sign in. Please note that you should use your existing login details for the LP Customer (Ascend) Portal to access the new Development Services Application Portal.

The ‘Manage LP Users’ function on the LP Customer (Ascend) Portal should be used by administrators for creating new user accounts (for either portal) in the usual manner – any profile changes made here will apply to both portals.

We’ve designed the portal to be as intuitive as possible with tool-tips and supporting guidance to help you from enquiry to completion.  We’re hoping that you’ll find our portal simple to use, however if you do need assistance we’ve got a dedicated team of people ready to help.
