Customer meetings

Scottish Water provides vital water and waste water services, essential to daily life, to 2.52 million households and 153,000 business premises across Scotland.

We are delivering record levels of customer service and environmental performance, and the quality of drinking water we provide to customers remains at a high level.

Once again Scotland’s water sector, led by us, has been recognised as being the most trusted sector by Scottish consumers. From 1 April 2018, our average household charge is lower per year than the average household charge in England and Wales.

We are one of Scotland’s biggest infrastructure investors, our six year investment programme will see around £3.9 billion of improvements to Scotland’s water and waste water services for the benefit of our customers. This also helps provide jobs and makes a valuable contribution to the country’s economic well-being, while protecting and enhancing the environment.

Community Events

Scottish Water holds regular Community Events which are chaired by our Chief Executive, Douglas Millican or our Chief Operating Officer, Peter Farrer and our Directors. We also hold an Annual Consultative Meeting where our board are in attendance. The intention of these events is for us to listen to your views on Scottish Water and the service we provide in your community.  If you would like to discuss a specific topic please let us know when you register your attendance below.

All community events will be advertised locally and across our social media channels. For more details on these events please call Scottish Water Corporate Affairs on 013838 48335.
