Work is due to start on site investigations at North Gyle Road in Edinburgh on the 31th August for approximately 6 weeks.

The works will involve digging trial holes at various sites along the road to investigate ground conditions for possible future water mains upgrades in the area.

The roadworks will include the use of temporary traffic lights and there will be some parking and access restrictions in the area. Please follow all signs.

Work will begin at the north end of North Gyle Road and will move south towards the junction with Glasgow Road.

The work is being carried out by George Leslie on behalf of Scottish Water Horizons.
