Frozen Pipes in North West and South West Aberdeen

Our local teams have investigated and confirmed that our water networks are operating normally and no faults have been identified.

The likelihood is that with the current low temperatures, customers may be affected by frozen or burst pipes within their own property. We understand this can be a daunting and difficult situation for some customers to be in.

You can find helpful advice on how to heat, insulate and protect your home should you believe this to be an isolated issue to your property at: www.scottishwater.co.uk/winter

We are continuing to monitor our water networks across the country and our local teams are responding as quickly as possible where bursts are affecting public water mains.
