Pay a Bill

Important customer notice: As we move to an improved system for handling customer payments, the Pay A Bill facility will not be available from 5pm on 27th November to 8am on 4th December. During this time you can still pay by BACS via your bank or online banking, by cash or cheque at a Post Office, or you can send us a cheque. See your bill for further details of these payment methods. Phone payments will also be unavailable during this period.

You can pay here as normal after 8 am on Monday 4th December. 


You can pay your bill here, if you have received an invoice direct from Scottish Water. Bills are paid by credit or debit card and are processed the next day using the payment service Sagepay.

Due to a change in billing, customers with invoices for connections starting with "CC" cannot use this online service to pay a bill. We ask these customers to refer to the back of their bill for alternative payment methods or call the Income Team on 0800 151 3752.

Only payment of the full amount of invoices will be accepted.

Please note, your unmeasured household water and waste water charges are billed with your Council Tax and cannot be paid here. For these charges please make payment arrangements with your local Council.
