Here’s how you can pay your standpipe licence invoice. 

At a bank: by cash or cheque, fill in the payment slip and take it to any bank. A charge may be made for this service. 

By post: complete the payment slip and send it with your payment to - Scottish Water, Income Team, PO Box 5749, Inverness, IV1 9DU . Make cheques/ postal orders payable to Scottish Water. Remember to write your customer reference number on the back of the cheque. Receipts will only be issued where specifically requested. 

By cheque: Scottish Water will not be able to accept cheques as a method of payment after 31 March 2023.


By debit or credit card: If you have a Mastercard or Visa card, you can make payment online via the internet. Go to Pay a Bill 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or call our Income Team Helpline on 0800 151 3752 to settle your invoice by telephone. 

By BACS or Online Banking: Lloyds TSB, City Office, Gillingham ME8 0LS
