Our Services and Support During Covid-19
Update September 2020
The last few months have been challenging for us all, both personally and professionally however Scottish Water has continued to adapt and support the development community in order to maintain delivery of our essential services.
We would like to take this opportunity to engage with you as there are important changes within Development Services that you should be aware of.

During the current Covid-19 pandemic, our priority at Scottish Water is to ensure that we continue to deliver the essential water and waste water services to our customers.
During these challenging times, our focus is to provide clean, safe, reliable drinking water for everyone, to enable customers to adhere to the recommended hygiene practices that will save lives and reduce the risk of spreading Covid-19.
Throughout this period our Development Services team continues to operate from home and will provide you with all relevant services and support. Our new Customer Portal will also allow you to easily progress any Development Services requests with lots of helpful tips and help available online.
However, in light of government guidance and legal restrictions on non-essential travel, social distancing and large gatherings, Development Services will not, for the time being, be hosting any external engagement sessions or events as would normally be the case.
In order to continue our customer engagement and keep you up to date on our processes we created 2 digital events that you can view at your leisure. The 2020 digital Development Forum and the 2020 digital Multi-Function Forum.
