Road closure on Drumcavel Road, Gartcosh

Location

We are making customers aware of a road closure in place at Drumcavel Road to carry out emergency repairs to two burst water mains. 

Traffic Management

In order to ensure the safety of the public and our teams, we have installed temporary traffic management located at the M73 underpass from Wednesday 29th October, while these repairs are carried out.

There is no vehicle access across this point of Drumcavel Road.

Access from the east, and from the west, of this location remains as normal for all property owners and businesses.

We will provide a further update on the progress of this work when more information becomes available.

We recognise these works may cause some inconvenience, and we would like to thank everyone for their patience while these repairs are completed.
