Join Scottish Water’s senior leaders as we reflect on our best-performing year yet and share our exciting plans to transform the essential services we deliver 24/7.

As a publicly-owned organisation, we put customers at the heart of everything we do – and we want to hear from you. What should our priorities be? Where do you want us to invest and on what? What questions do you have about your water and waste water services?

And we want to update you on how publicly-owned Scottish Water continues to deliver world-class water to your taps, provide a sector-leading level of service for customers, and using state of the art new technologies to help adapt to climate change and help protect Scotland’s beautiful environment.

You are invited to our Annual Consultative Meeting – open to everyone – at Dundee Science Centre (DD1 4QB) on Thursday 28 August, 5:15 pm (informal networking) 5:45–7:00 pm.

Want to know how many miles of pipe we manage? Or how much energy our assets are generating as we continue to move towards net zero? Or how we decide where to invest? Or about what we are doing to reduce fatbergs and flooding? Or what we are doing to make sure we have the assets and people for the water sector’s future?

We want you to have your say on how, what, and where we investment in Scotland’s water and waste water network and if you can’t make it in person, you can ask a question ahead of the event.
