Loch Katrine Remedial Works

We are carrying out some remedial works on the roads around Loch Katrine. Various small areas of defective or damaged tarmac on sections of the roadway will be broken out and repaired.

The work is scheduled to begin on Monday 23 October and will be carried out by our contractor Tough Construction. Work will start at Stronachlachar Pier Café, before progressing to North Shore Road and along to Trossachs Pier.

The full programme of repairs is expected to take around 5 weeks for completion. During this time, the team will work 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday – Friday. Traffic will be able to pass at all times with minimum delays as the workers will move to the nearest passing place to accommodate.

We have scheduled these works to take place after the October school holidays, and, as always, we will do what we can to keep any disruption to a minimum.
