Lairg Road SPS

We are planning to temporarily set up a generator in order to maintain a sewage pumping station during a scheduled power outage on Monday 2 June in Bonar Bridge.

To allow our operatives to do this safely, a lane closure will be in place on the A836 Lairg Road, with three-way temporary traffic lights in place at the junction with Tulloch Road.

The generator will be installed from approximately 8am in preparation for the 9am power outage.

The lane closure and temporary lights are necessary to allow for the safe placement and working of our contractors due to limited space within the pumping station and will be de-mobilised as soon as the power is restored.
