Scottish Water have a vision to reduce their carbon footprint and as such your site information needs to be submitted to us via the mobile app. The benefit of this method reduces environmental impact, increases efficiency and reduces risk of contamination to water supply.
If you have received a Byelaws self-assessment request, you can use the app to submit details of your plumbing system for assessment. If you have had a failed Water Byelaws inspection at your premises, you can also use our app to submit evidence of remedial plumbing work carried out.
