Major repair work
Work began on Monday, 7 July
Scottish Water is carrying out major repairs to the sewer network which require the closure of a section of West Regent Street between Hope Street and Renfield Street to all traffic.
Work began on Monday, 7 July for approximately 12 weeks.
There will be a full road closure during the dates above.
During the work you may notice some noise from construction equipment as we operate between 8am and 6pm as well as some weekend working when required.
Local businesses will remain open as usual.
We have been liaising with SPT from the early stages of planning of this project to co-ordinate bus diversions within the city centre.
Our delivery partner George Leslie is carrying out this work on our behalf.
