Licensed Provider Notification System (LPNS)
Information regarding unplanned service interruptions is available on the LPNS SharePoint Site.
Licensed Providers can use the csv files saved here to search for all events and events affecting their customers. Scottish Water has also provided a csv file which details the SPIDs that have been affected by each event.
The CSV files are updated at 10:00 and 14:00 daily. Scottish Water can also initiate an update as required in the event of any emergency incident.
You can access the LPNS here. If you do not have access already, please contact your Account Manager.
We have an early warning system for any potential incidents that may arise and always have a team on standby to deal with any situation.
We may advise Licensed Providers of potential incidents through the incident management process. Please refer to the Emergency Planning section of the LP Customer Portal for more information.
