Sewer maintenance
A road closure will be in place to allow work to be carried out safely
We are planning work to maintain the sewer network which will require the closure of a section of road in Dundee.
In order to allow our operatives to carry out this work safely, Perth Road will be closed to vehicles between Hyndford Street and Rockfield Street from 6am on Monday 6 October until 6pm on Tuesday 7 October 2025.
Traffic will be diverted and drivers are advised to plan an alternative route to minimise any potential delays or disruptions.
Where possible, we are requesting that road users avoid parking vehicles in this area during the times above, to allow our operatives access to the network.
We understand that the closure of this busy route will cause some disruption for road users but can only thank them for their patience and understanding while we carry out this essential work.
Our contractor The Clancy Group will be carrying out this work on our behalf and will work with everyone affected to minimise the impact of the works where possible.
