In some circumstances, we may grant an allowance if water has been lost through leaking or burst pipework. 

Where a burst allowance is granted, this will be applied as an adjustment to volumetric charges by the CMA at Final Reconciliation. 

Our Wholesale Burst Allowance policy provides clear guidelines on the circumstances in which we may grant a burst allowance to a Licensed Provider in respect of water or sewerage services provided under the Wholesale Services Agreement.
