The canal path was fully reinstated and reopened on 19th December. The site cabin and equipment were also removed at this time.

There is some final work on a section of the canal path to be completed, however; it will remain open and the excavation area will be secured via heras fencing.

There will also be final work carried out at Freeland Place, with an excavation on the footpath/carriageway. These works are scheduled to commence from Monday 19th January for a period of approximately four days. Vehicles will still have access.
