Reducing the risk of surface water flooding

Work has been successfully completed, with some further grass-seeding expected in spring. We thank all residents for their patience and understanding.  

Work to help reduce the risk of surface water flooding in Cloverfield Park has been successfully completed.

Improvements were made to two existing underground surface water tanks, to reduce the risk of surface water flooding in the residential area.

The work, which was delivered by Clancy,  began on Monday 11 August and was completed by the beginning of December.

Latest Update - December 

While all works and reinstatement has been carried out, there is a possibility of further grass seeding and dressing of the general area in spring when the weather should be better.

We will keep local residents informed of our plans.
